On October 21 from 11:00am to 12:30pm, there will be an Open House Event at 207 Main Street in Medway MA. This open house event will be hosted by The Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty in Franklin MA.

Offered at $374,900.

The home at 207 Main Street in Medway MA is not your typical “sticks and bricks” structure.  This home has significant history that reflects the pride of the Town of Medway.

Built in 1820, this historic Medway home is steeped in rich history and dates to a period that followed the Revolution.  Locals refer to it as the Stephen Adams House, named after Medway’s first cabinet and coffin maker.  Upon approaching the home from the front, one will notice 2 entryways. Adam’s showplace was accessed by the right entry door.  The left entry door accessed his residence.

This home is awaiting a buyer who is attuned to both the value of historic preservation and the benefit of gently assisting the home’s evolution with the current times.   This home boasts 4 fireplaces and a wood stove, to complement the main heating source of forced hot water by oil.

The timeless elegance of the unique moldings and built-ins in the formal-rooms transition beautifully into the informal living space, with handsome exposed beams and knotty pine flooring.  Updates have been done throughout the years to continue the functionality of the home.

The sunlit 4 season porch is the rear entry of the home with a mudroom to guide you to the kitchen.  Both the kitchen and the master bath have vaulted ceilings with skylights.

The formal library with fireplace and built-ins provides warmth and grace to the home.  With closet space galore, this home is anything but lacking in storage.  This finely crafted home sits on .65 acres of land with beautiful trees and lush plantings.  You don’t want to miss the opportunity to walk through this timeless piece of history!

Visit our Open House Event on Saturday, October 21st from 11:00am to 12:30pm at 207 Main Street in Medway MA.  Hope to see you there!!

Print marketing is the method I use to secure listings.  Offline marketing is not a favorite of most real estate agents, and I’m convinced that the price is a major factor in their decision. It’s expensive, but we all clearly understand that it takes money to make money. It’s always a risk, but if it were not, the size of the newspaper would be triple and the results diluted.

This is what my full page ad for some of our existing business looks like plus a half page ad for our high end home subdivision in Franklin. This newspaper is mailed to every residence and business in the Town of Franklin.

People read it. We receive business from it. Those real estate agents who do not spend the money are not as productive as they could be, if they invested in their business.

Print marketing is an investment in our business. It delivers more business to us. Readers expect to see it, and they’re looking for it. The newspaper is a determining, factor when a homeowner makes a decision to call for a Free Market Analysis.

They are paying attention and doing their due diligence, when it comes to the “future marketing” to be seen for their homes. They want to see samples of that marketing now, and how it’s displayed for other listings. They want to know the frequency and the dynamics of the ad.

Real estate is a “follow the leader” business. The leaders in the marketplace spend the most money. Those are the listing agents who will receive the phone calls.

The Todaro Team will be on that list of successful real estate agents to be called by resale homeowners and builders/developers.

Just saying….

The real estate market in Franklin MA is moving through the final quarter of 2017, with real estate agents exerting great effort to secure fresh inventory for the final stretch. The Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty markets diligently for new listings.  Our method of choice to find new listing business is direct mail market, and it continues to be a successful method for us.

The extreme sellers’ market that Franklin is experiencing equates to a slim inventory for buyer agents. The meaning of this status to listing agents is “market like you mean it,” if you expect to receive listing calls.

It’s a competitive playing field for listing agents, and those who are consistent with their marketing efforts reign the victor.  The Todaro Team never misses a beat. I’m the full time marketing agent for the team, and my only focus is on branding The Todaro Team as the successful listing agents that they are.

We have always been on the listing side. Whether it is new home communities or resale homes, The Todaro Team members represent the seller. Once a builder realizes the marketing exposure for his/her new home community, we become the listing agents. Our marketing sells new homes before the homes are complete.

If you’rethinking of selling your Franklin MA home, call The Todaro Team at 508-277-2977 for a Free Market Analysis. You’ll be glad you did!!!
