Everyone loves a new home, and when you visit The Alcove in Franklin MA you’ll know what true love is. The Alcove is a small three lot subdivision in a country location but only minutes from a major highway and commuter rail to Boston.

Our Open House Event is on Saturday, February 24th from Noon to 1:30pm and will be hosted by the listing agents, Tammy Todaro and Andy Paleologos of The Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty in Franklin.

The Alcove is a Grandis Homes community, and once you have a tour of the three homes, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail by this builder/developer/designer.  Yes, he does it all, and he does it as no other builder in the area is capable of doing.

The designs are magnificent; the lots are spacious and separated for plenty of privacy; and the general area has luxury homes.

The lots range from almost 2 acres to 14+ acres on the Cul de Sac.

The prices start at $749,900 to $829,900 on the Cul de Sac.

The home sizes begin at almost 3,000 s.f. to 3,434 s.f.

The photos of the exterior will provide the flavor of what to expect on the interior.  They are all in the framed stage inside, and this is the ideal time to make alterations to the design before the walls are constructed.

Visit the Open House from Noon to 1:30pm, and you’ll understand why having a custom home in a country location is the very best of both worlds.

Franklin MA is a very desirable community with two “T” stops to Boston and major highway access with Rte 495.  You’ll love your tour of the subdivision, The Alcove in Franklin MA.

There’s nothing more important than supporting our school athletic programs and teaching young folks the value of participating in competitive sports and teamwork.

I’ve always been a promoter of team sports at Franklin High School, especially girls’ sports. I have flashbacks of how much I enjoyed it and learned many valuable lessons from competitive sports.

The Franklin High School Girls’ Ice Hockey team has always been a favorite of mine, and I participate financially every year, without fail.

This morning I found a beautifully framed photo of the entire team and its coaches on my desk, and this season is the last one for many of the graduating members. Accompanying this photo, that will be forever hanging on my wall, was a lovely thank you note from Maddie Hinckley and the members of the Ice Hockey Team.

Don’t tell anyone, but it did bring tears to my eyes. It was such a nice surprise and a wonderful “thank you” that I’ll cherish forever.

I want to share this with everyone and encourage others to support your local high school athletic programs. It’s greatly appreciated by the participants, and there’s nothing that trumps the valuable lessons provided to them by our high school athletic programs.  Help keep them running. It’s a solid investment.
